I help my clients to change their nutrition and eating habits to help them enjoy their food while supporting their health and fitness goals.
This isn’t just a meal plan. We will discuss meal timing, eating behaviours, hunger and fullness signals, your behaviours and feelings around food and more to help you work out where you’re ‘going wrong’ and the best way to overcome this.
I use an online app for tracking client's food choices, mood, sleep, body image and eating behaviours. All this can be shared with me in real time and I will provide ongoing support during your PT sessions to help continue to improve your nutrition and food habits.
I am a qualified Nutrition Coach (RSPH Level 4) have a BSC in psychology and a professional background in behaviour change consulting. I am passionate about helping clients live well and enjoy food and movement.
