I typically work with women in motherhood and midlife who are fed up with feeling tired, achy and uncomfortable in their body. I help them to get strong, energised, mobile and body confident.
I do this by supporting and guiding my clients through a nutrition and exercise program that fits in with their life. I’m here to support you to the build skills and make the long term changes you need, to be fit for life.
My focus is always on functionality and mobility. I focus on lower impact exercises that build strength, co-ordination and balance. I want you to move better not just move more!
I have a home gym in Sandbach. I have all my own equipment and like to keep things simple, mainly using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight. If you live further afield have a look at my online programs.

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, with specialist training in pre and post natal exercise, Exercise for Lower Back Pain, Exercise in Menopause and Exercise Referral.
I can provide you with a fully tailored and personalised program for you to complete independantly, either at home or at the gym. I will use a detailed questionnaire and screening process to ensure your program is tailored to your goals, lifestyle and what you enjoy. The program will include workouts to complete in the gym / at home plus advice on general activity levels. The program will be delivered via an app that you can use to track progress and log your workouts. Each exercise will have a demo video and description to ensure you know the correct technique.
